Return & Exchange Policy
Free shipping door to door through various cargoes like JRS/LBC/AP Cargo/2GO for purchases 500 pesos up. Please allow 1 to 3 working days of shipping delivery.
A 100 pesos shipping fee outside Negros Occidental and free delivery within the vicinity map of Bacolod City.
Purchases from our inventories can be returned within two (2) months of the date of purchase either for the same item or for store credit. Lost of stocks will allow the customers to wait for a month for new stocks to come up in an exchange of his item purchased.
